Retention and recipients

Data is kept for the time necessary and may be shared with booking and payment providers (e.g. Smoobu or Stripe) and authorities where required by law.

Video surveillance

The common areas and the entrance door of the establishment are monitored by security cameras (CCTV) in order to ensure the safety of people and property. Footage is kept for a maximum of 30 days, unless it must be retained to document incidents before the competent authorities, and is not shared with third parties except where legally required. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in security. An informational sign indicating the video-monitored area is displayed at the entrance of the establishment.

Marketing communications

If you provide your email address, we may send you communications about offers, news and promotions from the accommodation. You can object or unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, via the link included in each communication or by writing to our contact address.

Bookings and secure payments

When you make an enquiry, a booking or a payment through our website, your data is handled securely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe) and booking engines (such as Smoobu) that comply with industry security standards (PCI-DSS). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
