How to find your booking
On the screen that opens, how you find it depends on where you booked:
What you will do there
- Identify your booking with the reference, or with your arrival date and email.
- Fill in the details of everyone staying: the traveller registry is required by law in Spain.
- Get the personal code that opens your door, on that same screen (available from 7 days before arrival).
Your code to open the door
As soon as you finish the check-in, the code appears on that same screen. It is generated 7 days before your arrival: if your stay is further off, complete the check-in anyway and come back here for the code as the date approaches. Save it or take a screenshot: it is what opens the door on the day you arrive, from 15:00.
Can’t find your booking?
Check that the email is the same one you booked with and that the arrival date is right. If it still does not appear, write or call us and we will sort it out straight away.
